CHESTERTOWN — Kent Attainable Housing hosted an open house and ceremonial ribbon-cutting ceremony June 17 at its Prospect Street duplex.

Kent Attainable Housing (KAH) is honored to announce that we have been selected as a recipient of funding through the Fiscal Year 2026 Community Reinvestment and Repair Fund (CRRF), administered locally by the Kent County Local Management Board (KCLMB).

Kent Attainable Housing reached a significant milestone this past Thursday with the successful setting of two modular homes on its Prospect Street properties. This key development moves the organization closer to delivering two new affordable homes for hardworking, local families.

Kent Attainable Housing, Inc. (KAH) is pleased to announce the acceptance of a $178,750 American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant from the Town of Chestertown. KAH will use these funds to support its efforts to increase affordable homeownership opportunities and address housing insecurity for low-to-moderate-income families who live or work in Chestertown.
